The presentation will address the overhaul of the rules of civil procedure since 2025 and the effect on civil litigation in the State of Florida.
Learning Objectives:
1) an awareness of the new rules,
2) what is included in the initial disclosures for most civil cases, and
3) exceptions and exclusions from the new rules and what that means for lawyers and paralegals that practice in those areas.
