Oklahoma Paralegal Association’s Lunch and Learn

December 5 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm CST
Free

Early Case Assessment (ECA) has evolved into a form of digital archaeology, requiring legal professionals to dig through vast data landscapes to identify key players, uncover critical facts, and curate the documents that will ultimately shape a case. This session will explore the expanding toolbox available to support that work, including emerging PII detection tools, entity extraction technologies, image analysis resources, and AI-driven solutions. Attendees will learn the strengths and limitations of each tool, how they can be combined for more efficient data analysis, and when to engage advanced support for complex datasets. By understanding how to leverage these technologies effectively, participants will be better equipped to meet their ECA, Early Data Assessment (EDA), and downstream case-preparation objectives with accuracy and confidence.
