Candidates must pass the Knowledge Exam before receiving eligibility to take the Skills Exam.
Apply critical thinking skills to identify relevant facts, spot issues, analyze rules, and draw legally sound conclusions in preparation for the Skills Exam essay component.
Develop foundational competency across the substantive legal areas tested on the NALA CP Knowledge Exam (including real estate, estate planning, corporate law, U.S. legal system, civil litigation, ethics, bankruptcy, contracts, torts, and criminal law)
