LAW-The Wyoming Paralegal Association
This presentation is designed to provide insight into how military structure, discipline, and professional standards intersect with civilian legal practice. Attendees will gain a practical understanding of the distinct roles and responsibilities within military legal operations and how those concepts translate to, and differ from, civilian paralegal and attorney practice. Our speaker intends to touch on 1) Army areas of support; 2) Paralegal roles and responsibilities in the military; 3) Military vs. civilian paralegals—key differences; 4) Unauthorized practice of law; and 5) Forward-leaning as a paralegal without crossing the line.
