The danger is treating all evidence as equally reliable. Drawing on experience as a detective, educator, and investigative journalist, Brandon Burley presents a repeatable method for labeling evidence, testing corroboration, and documenting uncertainty. Participants will explore how to distinguish allegations from findings, identify unsupported inferences, verify AI-generated leads, and build an evidence ledger showing what the record proves—and what it does not.
