This program will cover essential skills for paralegals and serve as a review course to prepare for the Certified Paralegal (CP) exam offered by the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA). We will cover Civil Litigation Rules and Discovery by Paul Kirgis; Family Law with Shannon Hathaway; Contract Law with Emily McCulloch; US Legal System, and Profession and Ethical Considerations with Ed Higgins; and Civil Litigation with Bob Carlson.
