Presentation will focus n developing and enhancing legal writing skills that are directly related to the substantive practice of law and the paralegal’s role in supporting effective advocacy. The program addresses drafting and editing legal documents, precision in legal language, organization of legal arguments, and accuracy in court-related filings, which are skills that go beyond general professionalism and directly impact legal outcomes.
