Kick off the conference with our Pre-Registration Happy Hour! Join us in the Expo Hall on Wednesday night to mingle with attendees and explore the exhibitor booths.
On Thursday, take time to explore the Expo Hall between sessions. Members, we hope you will join us for the Annual Membership Meeting & Awards. Affiliates, we encourage you to attend the AA Annual Meeting & Awards. Grab a seat at the NALA Leadership Panel to get your NALA questions answered. Wrap up your day at the Affiliate Showcase & Reception, held in the indoor tropical pool area. Discover what our affiliates have to offer while enjoying a fun and relaxing atmosphere.
Following Friday’s sessions, join us for the Installation of Officers Ceremony and Reception to give an official welcome to our new Board members for the 2025-2026 term. Finish off your Friday with the milestone celebration of the year: NALA’s 50th Anniversary Gala! Dress to the nines and join us for dinner, drinks, and dancing as we reflect on NALA’s history and toast to a bright future.
On Saturday, enjoy browsing and supporting local vendors at the Sip & Shop. Then, conclude your conference experience at the Closing Session, where you can reflect on key takeaways and gain inspiration to turn your newfound insights into action.

The party starts on Wednesday night in the Wildwood Ballroom, so prepare to arrive early! Join us for pre-conference registration and Happy Hour on Wednesday, July 9, from 4–6 p.m. Complete your check-in, grab your swag bag and drink voucher, and kick off the conference in style! The Expo Hall opens early this year on Wednesday, July 9, from 4–6 p.m. in the Wildwood Ballroom. Once you get checked in, grab your complimentary Happy Hour drink and join your fellow attendees in exploring an exciting array of legal vendors with innovative products and services. The Expo Hall will also be open on Thursday, July 10, from 7:30 a.m.–5 p.m. so that you can explore and connect between sessions. Celebrate our 50th anniversary at the 2025 NALA Annual Membership Meeting & Awards on Thursday, July 10, from 12–1:30 p.m.! Join us for an engaging event where we will commemorate 50 years of supporting paralegals, reveal the outcomes of the 2025-2026 NALA Election, and recognize outstanding individuals with prestigious NALA Awards. This gathering, featuring the 2025 Affiliate Exchange, will offer valuable insights. The closing session on Saturday, July 12, from 5:15–6 p.m. will be an opportunity to reflect on the knowledge you gained, connections you made, and experiences you shared throughout the conference. The session is designed to inspire and motivate you as you prepare to return to your professional settings, equipped with the new insights and skills you obtained during the conference.
