WDALA is offering a two-day seminar September 10 – 11, 2026. The seminar is available for in-person and virtual attendance. A total of 10 CLE hours will be offered with 1.5 ethics CLE hours.

Day 1:

Day 1 (5.5 hours)
Keynote Mark Hardy: Kratom Overview (1)
Sheldon Standish: Three Affiliated Tribes Court – Civil Matters (1.5)
Oliver Bromke: Filing on Someone’s Behalf – The Criminal Line Between Assistance and Practice (1.5 – ethics)
Janelle Portscheller: State Crime Lab Overview & roadside Oral Fluid Drug Screen Pilot Project (1.5)
