Presentation: Criminal Liabilities of Elected Officials by Zachary McMillan, Attorney at Law.
Zachary (Zack) McMillan (Amarillo) recently joined Perdue Brandon as an associate attorney. Zack received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee and later graduated from Belmont College of Law. Before joining Perdue Brandon, he worked in Tennessee doing personal injury and creditors’ rights law before moving to Amarillo to be a felony prosecutor. He met his wife in Amarillo, and they recently had their first child. In his free time, Zack works as a high school football official, coaches a youth wrestling team and can be found at the Amarillo Sod Poodle baseball field where his wife works.
