Accurate record review is never an administrative task; it is foundational to all strong legal work. For
paralegals, retrieving, reviewing and setting up the evidence from a file in a way that can be utilized throughout the life of the case demonstrates progressive professionalism, protects the legal team from risk, and directly contributes to successful client outcomes.
