Attorney Kevin O’Donnell will provide a 1-hour live webinar to talk about estate planning in Virginia. He will go over key estate planning terms, provide definitions, and introduce the basics of estate planning concepts. He will identify some of the challenges that arise in the practice of estate planning and being a paralegal in this field of law. He will also touch on anything relevant in this year’s General Assembly. We will allow time for questions.
