Robin Jefferson Higgins is an Associate Professor, Chair, and Director for the Legal Studies Department at Webster University. Prior to her position with Webster University, she was a federal law clerk for the Honorable Charles A. Shaw, United States District Court Judge for the Eastern District of Missouri. After her clerkship, she joined the law firm of Lashly & Bear, P.C. where she practiced School Law, Administrative Law, Worker’s Compensation, and Employment Law. She currently teaches a variety of courses for Webster University, such as Methods of Legal Research and Writing, Civil Litigation, Introduction to Legal Studies, American Constitutional Law, Anglo-American Legal History, Immigration, School Law, and Legal Ethics.
