Karin M. Scheehle ACP, MBA, CEDS is a litigation paralegal for Gallagher & Kennedy PA in Phoenix, AZ, where she works on multi-million-dollar personal injury cases. She has more than 30 years' experience in the legal profession and has assisted in more than 50 trials in California, Texas, and Arizona. She specializes in technology enhanced case management and electronic trial presentation, and has experience in the areas of real estate, corporate, admiralty, and administrative law as well as law firm administration and technology management.
Ms. Scheehle has a BS degree in Management, an MBA with a specialty in technology management, and has taught litigation, technology, ethics, case management, and law firm management at many local and national seminars. She has been a guest lecturer at several paralegal schools and is currently an adjunct faculty member in the Phoenix College Legal Studies Program. Karin holds NALA's Advanced Paralegal Certification in Litigation and Personal Injury and is a CaseLogistix Certified Administrator and Certified eDiscovery Specialist. She was a member of the Arizona Paralegal Association's Board of Directors for 14 years. She also served on NALA's Board of Directors for 10 years, was on the NALA Certifying Board for three years and the Professional Development Committee for three years (serving two years as chair).
