Description: Litigation can be daunting. There are many Latin terms and phrases. The various nuances of the legal system and the process of legal action can be intimidating. There are differences between state and federal courts from the particulars of how to electronically file a document to the judge’s specific case requirements at a trial.
Although not every aspect in litigation can be covered, this online seminar will be a “litigation umbrella” of cases from the start of filing the complaint through navigating the court’s legal system during a trial jury. These will not be just any type of cases, but the speaker will use examples from your childhood fairy tales.

Course Year: 2023
