This introductory-level course will outline a roadmap for the residential real estate paralegal. Every transaction begins with a simple “yes” between buyer and seller. This simple “yes” becomes a residential real estate contract: a legal agreement that will define a variety of ongoing financing issues, inspection requirements, environmental concerns, safety issues, and of course, the terms of the deed of bargain and sale itself. Every deal has a life of its own, and there are substantial differences between deals due to the simple inclusion of a few extra words in the contract. This course
