Description: Your Client’s or Company’s survival depends on risk management. This course instructs the paralegal on what to look for when reviewing a contract to ensure his or her Client or Company’s risk is not at risk. After this course the paralegal will be able to review and negotiate any type of contract and recognize the areas where risk is evident. Also the paralegal will be able to remedy the areas where their Client or Company is at risk. This will allow the paralegal to protect its Client or Company by holding to the Client’s or Company’s policies and procedures. This is done through contract review.
