Description: Many people believe that estate planning is only for the rich and famous. Estate planning is not limited to millionaires. Everything that you work hard for over your lifetime deserves attention. The focus of estate planning is not always about the money! You must consider what is appropriate for your family. My favorite phrase is, “Equal and fair are not always the same thing.”
My goal is to acquaint you with the basic tools of estate planning, including a will, revocable trust agreement, power of attorney and advance medical directive. I will discuss when tax planning needs to take place for the wealthier estates and how best to accomplish those goals.
Bottom line, estate planning is relevant for everyone no matter what you have or who your family members are. Each of these requires proper planning.
