Medical Records is a presentation about the identification, acquisition, and use of medical records in litigation. The registrants will learn what items, outside of the usual chart, may be obtained; how to identify and obtain all available records; resources available to understand the records and combat efforts to limit the records produced; and how to get the records in front of the trier of fact in a meaningful and understandable manner.
