The 1st Amendment on-demand webinar presented by John Bermingham will focus on the purpose behind the 1st Amendment while exploring and understanding the Establishment Clause, the Free Exercise Clause, Freedom of Speech including Freedom of the Press, the Right to Peaceably Assemble, and the Right to petition for a governmental redress of grievances.  Additionally, Mr. Bermingham will analyze and debate some key Supreme Court rulings under the 1st Amendment including R. A. V. v. City of St. Paul, Lemon v. Kurtzman, and Reynolds v.
