Affiliate Mid-Year/Annual Report
All NALA Affiliated Associations must submit an annual and mid-year report to NALA. This fillable form is used for both reports. There are several field options for your CLE Event reporting to accommodate associations that hold many CLE events. Please scroll through these extra fields if they are not needed. When you are done, click "Submit". A copy of the report will be sent to the email address provided in the form. Please note that if you select "save and continue later," you must save or email the link. NALA cannot retrieve this data. Please remember that your association must email a complete or updated association membership roster using the AA Membership Roster Excel Template and a copy of your current association bylaws to Affiliates@nala.org upon submission of your association’s annual report.
