Since its inception, NALA has provided continuing education programs for paralegals. In addition to on-site seminar programs, the association publishes a quarterly journal, text books and reference manuals.

Browsers and Display Settings:
NALA Campus Self Study Programs
Netscape Navigator 4.0 or Microsoft Explorer 4.0 (or higher). Screen Resolution Setting: 800 X 600.  32 bit color
Cookies:
NALA Campus Self Study Programs make extensive use of cookies. Be sure this option is enabled in your browser.  Click here  for more information about cookies.
Modem:
The faster, the better. A high speed modem connection is recommended for both NALA Campus Self Study Programs
Audio:
The NALA Campus Self Study Program audio files are in .wav format. Internet Explorer users may play the files on Windows Media Player.  Netscape browsers have their own built in .wav files. If you do not have Windows Media Player, click here to download this - it's free.
If you use the VISTA operating system, you may have difficulty hearing NALA Campus audio files. Click here to download a program to correct the problem. Be sure your security is set to download exe files.
Adobe Reader
NALA Campus Self Study Programs may have supplemental material that is helpful for your use.  This is available through the individual course information page.  The handouts are in pdf format for you to download.  If you do not already have a copy of the Adobe reader, chick this link to download your free copy. Adobe Reader.
Customize:
You may refine how you want the course presentations to appear on your computer by visiting "Edit Your Profile" from the Main Menu.  This is fun to experiment with - the slide size and location on the screen in relation to text may be varied.
Personal Settings:
At any time, users may wish to edit their personal settings with a change of address or password, etc.  From this page, users may also customize the course presentation.
