At times, a person's registration file on NALA Campus may not be tagged as a member record.  This may be for a variety of reasons - such as when a user file is created before one becomes a member or a time delay in updating user records to match NALA member records.  If this occurs and you are charged a non-member rate, please contact NALA Headquarters and a credit will be issued immediately. Generally, credit card transactions are recorded on the next day.

Contributions or gifts to NALA are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.  However, payments may qualify as ordinary and necessary business expenses.
