The premier NALA information source is Facts & Findings, a bi-monthly journal for paralegals. This magazine offers the best in educational articles written by paralegals, attorneys and other experts. In addition to feature articles, each issue includes columns on ethics, technology and software, and breaking news from around the states.

Beginning in 2010, Facts & Findings will be published bi-monthly, changing from a quarterly schedule. NALA members, and volunteer paralegals, serve on the Editorial Board for this magazine to ensure its timeliness and relevance of articles to working legal assistants. Members of the Editorial Board are also members of the NALA Continuing Education. The Chair of the Continuing Education Council also serves as the editor of Facts & Findings.
The Career Chronicle is a special bonus issue published as the January/February issue. Facts & Findings Career Chronicle Edition is a review of significant events in the paralegal profession. Content and featured articles for the Career Chronicle are overseen by the NALA Professional Development Committee.

The Facts & Findings Editorial Board would be happy to review your article! Before submitting the article, please take a moment to review the Editorial Guidelines. All Articles are reviewed by the board before a publication decision is made. Publishing and editorial decisions are based on the editors' judgment of the writing, timeliness of the article, and the interest of the readers.

Articles in Facts & Findings are protected by copyright of NALA and may be copyright protected by the author. Reprint permission should be obtained for all articles. To obtain permission, click here, to request this of NALA Headquarters. The permission of the author is also required. Headquarters will provide contact information.
