Jury research is a burgeoning domain within the legal field. Jury consultants use psychological theorems and statistical analyses to inform legal processes and assist trial teams with discovery, theme development, jury selection, witness preparation, settlement decisions, and case presentations. This webinar is an introduction to the way in which jury consultants work side-by-side with trial teams to conduct focus groups, shadow juries, witness preparation, social media profiling, and post-trial interviews. Paralegals play an integral role in the process and success of these research exercises.
