A boutique law firm is seeking an experienced trust and estates paralegal for a part-time engagement.

Experience drafting & administering trust documents and helping with small transactions (i.e. real estate, corporate formation) is preferred, although a caring, helpful personality is equally as important. Candidate must have strong attention to detail.

Prior experience as a Trusts and Estates Paralegal with a highly respected law firm or trust company Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate highly preferred Outstanding references Position Details of the Trust & Estates Paralegal
