Job Summary: 

Currently looking for a Paralegal to fill an engagement opening with a Fortune 500 company in the greater Nashville, TN area (Cool Springs/Franklin). Interested candidates should have 5+ years of experience working as a Paralegal assisting with various litigation matters, including: preparing first drafts of documents; performing legal research; coordinating the discovery process; communicating with outside counsel as requested; collecting documents; and any other task necessary to move the litigation process forward. Experience with product liability & asbestos litigation matters is ideal.

Requirements of the Paralegal

  • Litigation 5+ years of litigation experience, preferably with asbestos & product liability matters
  • Prior corporate law firm or large company experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate from an ABA accredited program
  • Outstanding references

Position Details of the Paralegal – Litigation

Schedule: 40 hours per week
