Have you previously worked in a compliance role? If so, this is a great opportunity to join the Legal Regulatory Team of a thriving global company.

Responsibilities include: service contract, portable electronic insurance, and ancillary product and program development and implementation; review marketing and advertising materials, program changes and other customer communications to ensure regulatory compliance, including consumer protection and corporate policy guideline compliance; review new product constructs and/or changes to existing product constructs and provide compliance and consumer protection related guidance supporting internal clients on matters pertaining to insurance and service contract requirements, as well as compliance obligations and processes of the Company; and draft service contract forms, collect information necessary to prepare regulatory filings and any other forms required by regulators, including state departments of insurance, and facilitate production of information required in audits.

Requirements of the Regulatory & Compliance Manager

  • Four-year college degree
  • 7-10 years of experience and 1-3 years of relevant regulatory experience
  • Proficient at managing and facilitating multiple workflows with various stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess strong judgment and collaborative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze and stay current with state and federal laws and regulations for insurance, service contract, and procedures, consumer protection requirements and insurance licensing and reporting requirements
  • Serve as a liaison to client services and project teams clearly articulating core principles and legal or regulatory constraints that must be satisfied
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams is preferred
