Legal Assistant with knowledge of insurance defense litigation experience needed for a Tulsa law firm with excellent benefits, pay, annual salary increases, annual bonuses and other perks.  <<Let me explain... the Legal Assistants at this firm do the work of a Paralegal but WITHOUT the billable hours>> If you are tired of tracking every minute of your day, this is the role for you. Also, there are promotion opportunities and if you wanted to move back into a Paralegal role in the future you can. Their Paralegals are allowed to work fully remote! Great opportunity for someone to come in learn the ropes and promote into a Paralegal role with this firm.

Required skills/experience:

  • Excellent proofreading and transcription skills
  • Typing speed of 65 wpm
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Adobe
  • Document management program knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task while calm and efficient
  • Proven to be focused, work independently and as a team
  • Produce accurate work
  • Be a self starter
  • Work in a confidential environment
  • Willingness to help and work with others
