Thompson Coburn LLP currently has a non-exempt position available in our St. Louis office for a full-time Litigation Support Case Manager with at least two years of experience in litigation or litigation support, with prior experience participating in substantial eDiscovery projects preferred. Qualified candidates will have prior experience as a case manager, paralegal, analyst, IT support, or the equivalent, and an undergraduate degree is preferred. The person selected for this position must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Executes on general project tasks as needed or directed by project lead/manager.
  • Tracks and drives delivery schedules, ensuring proper quality assurance and managing changes in work scope.
  • Coordinates the design of litigation support databases according to case needs.
  • Manages electronic file processing in conjunction with technical staff.
  •  Provides prompt and proactive communication to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Accurately documents project activities and time allocation.
  • Identifies technical and process issues and escalates appropriately.
  • Assists with the coordination of document review and production projects.
  • Participates in the development of best practices for underlying processes related to electronic discovery and document management.
  • Trains and supports legal teams in the use of litigation technology.
