Main functions are scheduling for 4-5 attorneys, bookkeeping, and reception. Additionally, any activities which will assist the paralegals in the performance of their jobs.
Requirements or Qualifications: 
Must be familiar with Word, Excel, and Adobe. Bookkeeping experience is a plus (Quickbooks). Required: A degree or technical certification (in any field). High school diploma or GED.
