Job Summary: 
Legal Administrative Assistant needed for sole practitioner with a tax, trust, estate planning/administration, and business practice in a shared office suite on the south waterfront in Portland, Oregon. Early birds preferred; start time is 7:30am. Job duties include: 1. Greeting visitors/clients and providing beverages; 2. Sending and keeping track of mailings and faxes; 3. Drafting documents for entity formations (from templates); 4. Printing and organizing documents for estate planning signings; 5. Maintaining files: filing; opening new files (paper and electronic), and closing files 6. Maintaining front office and conference room in an orderly manner; 7. Drafting letters and form documents; 8. Creating document templates; 9. Keeping track of assigned projects; 10. Maintaining attorney’s calendar and confirming appointments via phone and/or email; 11. General administrative support as needed.
Requirements or Qualifications:
