This is an exempt position located at the company’s headquarters in South Seattle and may require some travel. Position Overview: This newly-formed position will report to the Senior Corporate Counsel, Director of Legal Services, and is responsible for managing and monitoring the real estate transaction process. In this role, the Lease Administrator will be responsible for administrating certain information within the Yardi workflow in conjunction with data center and commercial real estate agreements, as well as providing direct transactional support to the sales and leasing and legal teams. Primary Responsibilities Include: Manage Yardi sales and leasing transaction workflow to include: Populating Yardi with accurate and timely transaction data and updates, Generating lease abstracts and managing the approval workflow process, Coordinate with Accounting on contract set-up and administration in Yardi. Provide transactional support for sales and leasing executives to include: Compiling data points necessary for generation of customer agreements, Facilitating communication of deal information between Sales and Leasing and Legal Team, Providing facilitation support during the contract negotiation process, Project Support for sales and leasing and legal teams.
Requirements or Qualifications: 
Qualifications: Experience with ERP systems required, preferably Yardi. Strong organization and experience managing workflows. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience working closely with sales executives and legal counsel. Ability to successfully balance multiple priorities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure. Capacity to work both independently and with a team to meet deadlines and drive transactions to completion. Desire to develop and grow in a continually evolving work environment and be comfortable navigating through new situations. Proactive and possess a willingness to continually improve processes. Experience in the data center and/or commercial real estate industry preferred. Strong commitment to providing outstanding service to a diverse group of internal teams and the Company’s valued customers. Requirements: 3+ years of relevant experience. BA/BS preferred.
