Six-month engagement opportunity with large company

Do you have experience abstracting commercial leases or complex contracts? Are you comfortable using contract management software? Would you enjoy working on-site at the headquarters of a large company in the Brentwood / Franklin / South Nashville area of Greater Nashville? If so, you may be interested in this long term engagement (which is expected to last six months) assisting a large company abstracting commercial real estate leases for use in a contract management system.

Requirements of the Corporate or Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

  • Four-year college degree
  • 3 or more years of paralegal experience with a large corporate law firm or in the legal or real estate department of a company
  • Prior experience abstracting commercial real estate leases, complex contracts or M&A transactional documents
  • Proficient with the use of contract management software
  • Possess strong judgment and collaborative problem-solving skills
  • Strong legal drafting skills and experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Experience with Lucernex is preferred
  • Outstanding references
