Annual Meeting Information
A lot of preparation goes into the annual meeting of NALA Affiliated Associations. This is a year long process, from planning and reviewing ideas for the Affiliate Exchange programs, to preparing the meeting agenda. Here are some of the forms each association will need for the 2010 annual meeting:

Voting will take palce at the Affiliated Associations Meeting on Thursday, July 15, 2010
Designation of Voting Representative for 2010 Affiliated Associations Annual Meeting
Each NALA Affiliated Association votes on the candiates for Affiliate Director and Secretary, and any resolutions before the assembly. NALA must be advised of the name of the person who will cast the affiliated association's vote. This is required to be filed 15 days prior to the Affiliated Associations Annual meeting for all associations that wish to participate. The designated voting representative must be an active member of NALA. An association may designate any active member to cast its vote.
- 2010 Affiliate Exhibit Form
Each year during the NALA convention, affiliated associations display information about their associations and activities. Everyone benefits by sharing ideas and strategies. The affiliate display will be held Friday, July 16, at the NALA Convention in Jacksonville, Florida. Use this form to advise us your association will participate.
